Montecito Alston Remodel
Hope Ranch Annex Remodel
We were very inspired by this gorgeous remodel in Hope Ranch Annex. What began as a master bedroom and bath remodel transitioned into quite a big project as ultimately we opened up and remodeled the kitchen, dining room, living room, exterior of the house, and even got to build a bocce court in the side yard. The gorgeously white kitchen contrasts beautifully with the dark counter tops, and from the sleek cabinetry to the hanging light fixtures, we'll definitely keep this in mind for future projects. We think you'll agree that the end result is nothing less than stunning. These clients (and friends) were amazing to work with. Feeling lucky....
Goleta Remodel
What a joy to remodel this Goleta home. We demoed and remodeled the entire kitchen, knocking out walls to open up the space, laundry room, added square footage to the home toward the back patio, dining room area, and touched upon the guest bedroom to get it all accomplished. We hope this family is enjoying their new space. What a lovely place to call home.
Mesa Remodel
So many aspects of this Mesa remodel make us weak in the knees: smooth lines, beautiful colors, exposed dark wood beams, sliding barn doors, reclaimed wood breakfast bar... just to name a few. It's not often that such an elegant space can also portray such a warm, happy, "homey" feel, but this house gracefully embraces them both. We felt very privileged to work in this beautiful space for such a nice family.
San Roque Fence Construction
This property on Canon Dr. in the San Roque neighborhood backs onto a creek and as such is in a designated flood zone area. Our client wanted a fence to help frame their back yard and provide a safety barrier for their young children and pets, yet also adhere to the county restrictions for the flood zone. First, we demoed the existing chain link fence, which was looking rather worse for wear, then removed excess shrubs and overgrown flora, and finally built the new fence. The whole project took less than a week, and we were very happy with the outcome.
Mission Canyon Remodel
We completed the Cheltenham Road remodel in winter 2013/2014. Nearly every room in this beautiful Mission Canyon home received some reconstruction, with several rooms getting complete overhauls. The most affected rooms were the kitchen, laundry, master bedroom, master bathroom, living room and backyard patio/deck, but we also touched upon the guest/kids rooms, and the upstairs romp room.
We completely demolished the existing kitchen, laundry room, and dining room and extended the house onto the existing deck, making the back of the dining room and kitchen flush with the master bedroom (adding just around 300 sq ft to the house.) In place of those cute French doors you see below, the client opted for full panel, bi-folding glass doors. When they are completely open, they give the dining room a luxurious indoor/outdoor feel right onto the deck which boasts beautiful ocean views. Speaking of the deck, it now spans the entire width of the back of the house -- perfect for summer entertaining. We also increased the partition between the living room and dining room, making way for the large walk-in pantry and mud room/laundry.
Andante Road Remodel
This was such a fun project. When we entered this house, the inside looked like something out of a 1970's movie. The shag carpet and natural finish on the interior walls was a very classic but outdated look. There was also a very "non-kid-friendly" staircase that linked the lower and upper floors, which you can only just see in one of the living room "before" pictures below. The new owners wanted to update the style and give a clean look to their recently purchased home. We remodeled the dining room, living room, kitchen, two guest bedrooms, master bedroom, upstairs rompus room, and converted the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen into a huge, walk-in pantry. The entire house received beautiful, new hardwood flooring, and new lighting and light fixtures. We were quite pleased with the end result of this project, and hope you agree.
